Why run a loyalty program

Loyalty programs typically lift sales by about 20โ€“30%, without spending extra on marketing. Register your business on this free platform, download and print your QR code, stick it on the wall at your location, and tell customers they can join your loyalty program from now on.

Create your business

From the Business Dashboard, choose Add New Business to start the setup wizard. Steps are saved as you go, so you can leave and resume a draft later.

Set up loyalty programs and prize games

In Setup Rewards (during the wizard or later from the venue console) enable Loyalty Points, Prize Game, or both.

Loyalty points tiers. Paid bills convert to points 1 to 1 (a 12 USD bill earns 12 points after staff approve). You add 1 or more redemption tiers. Each tier needs two things: the points required (threshold) and the reward the customer gets when they redeem. Thresholds should increase with each tier.

Example for a cafรฉ:

  • Tier 1 โ€” 50 points required โ†’ Free drink.
  • Tier 2 โ€” 120 points required โ†’ Free pastry.
  • Tier 3 โ€” 250 points required โ†’ 20% off the next meal.

When a customer's approved balance reaches a tier, they start a Redeem Points claim from the Rewards Hub. Staff approve it at the counter, then their balance drops by that tier's points and they receive the reward.

Prize game. Customers open boxes on a board. You place a limited number of prizes on random boxes; the rest are empty or show your ad. A win creates a prize claim that staff must approve. You control how often the same customer can play.

  • Board size โ€” total boxes on the game board.
  • Number of prizes โ€” how many prize boxes are placed at random (add each prize by description).
  • Boxes the customer may open โ€” max boxes per play session.
  • Session timer โ€” how many minutes a game lasts before it expires.
  • Ad boxes โ€” how many boxes show your advertisement.
  • Cooldowns โ€” hours a customer must wait after a loss, and after a win, before playing again at your business (stops the same person playing too often).
  • Optional minimum purchase โ€” if set, staff should confirm the receipt meets that amount before approving a prize win.

The game stays available while at least one prize remains. Restock prizes in Setup Rewards when they run out. Download your printable QR from Download QR Poster for printing and display it on your wall. You can rotate the QR later if a printout is copied or lost (old codes stop working after rotation).

Invite employees you trust

Open Employees on the venue console (or during setup) and invite staff by email. They receive a link to join that workplace. Invited employees can approve customer claims โ€” without owning the business settings.

Only invite people you trust to be your employees. You can remove employees later from the same Employees screen.

After registration, open your venue console anytime to edit info (including currency), images, rewards, referrals, and employees without re-running the full wizard.

How customers reach your Rewards Hub

Print your QR from Download QR Poster for printing and display it on your wall. Customers scan it the same way whether they use their phone camera or the in-app scanner:

Manage Customer Rewards โ€” approving claims

Open Manage Customer Rewards from the dashboard. The page has four parts, top to bottom:

Award points by email or phone โ€” when the customer writes a phone number or email on the paid bill. Pending claims โ€” customer-started collect, redeem, and prize claims waiting for your Approve or Deny. History โ€” past approved, denied, and awarded transactions. Download โ€” the business owner can export those transactions as CSV or JSON.

Award points by email or phone

Use this when the customer does not open the app. They tell you a phone number or email, or write it on the paid bill. This awards collect points only โ€” never a redemption or prize. Points credit to that contact immediately (no Pending claim). When they later verify the same phone or email, the balance shows on their account.

At the top of Manage Customer Rewards, enter that email or phone plus the bill amount

Tap Award points to customer email or phone โ€” points credit to that contact

Pending claims

When a customer starts Collect Points, Redeem Points, or a prize win from the Rewards Hub, the claim appears with a Claim # on their phone. Customer shows the Claim # to staff, and staff approves it.

Collect points โ€” customer scans QR

The customer scans the store QR, chooses Collect Points, and enters the paid bill amount. Match the receipt to the Claim #, confirm they paid that bill, then click Done.

Staff Approve, confirm the customer paid the bill, then click Done โ€” the claim is approved only after Done

Redeem points

Redemption is customer-initiated only. Staff cannot redeem by phone or email. The customer scans the store QR, opens Redeem Points, picks a reward tier, and submits. The gift is not given until you approve and click Done.

Staff Approve, deliver the redemption gift, then click Done โ€” the claim is approved only after Done

Prize win

A prize claim shows the prize name and Claim #. If this business set a minimum purchase to play, that amount appears as Min. purchase to play โ€” check the winner's receipt meets it before you approve. If no minimum is set, you can approve without a purchase check. Approve within the claim time window.

History

Below Pending claims is History. After you approve, deny, or award points by phone or email, the transaction moves here. The list shows the last 3 months of resolved collects, redemptions, prize wins, and referral bonuses. To see older records, use Download below.

Only the business owner can download. Choose a time period or a custom date range, then Download CSV or Download JSON for verification and accounting.

Switch businesses

The menu (โ˜ฐ) shows the business you are managing. If you own more than one, choose Switch business next to that name and pick the venue to open.

Switching roles

You can use the same account as a customer at other businesses โ€” for example, collect points while shopping elsewhere on the platform.

To prevent fraud, you and your employees cannot collect points, redeem rewards, or play prize games at a business you own or work for. Loyalty and games remain available at every other participating shop.

Day-to-day venue console

  • Edit business info, images, currency, rewards, and referrals anytime.
  • Check Business Stats for a quick performance snapshot.
  • Use Message Center (menu) if you need platform support.

How bill amounts become points

The amount on a paid bill converts to loyalty points 1 to 1. For example, a 10 USD purchase credits 10 points in that currency.

In dual-currency countries such as Cambodia, where bills can be paid in USD or KHR, points can be collected in either currency for convenience.

Trust and transparency

Owners and customers can download loyalty and prize-game transactions for accounting, verification, and transparency purposes.

  • Business owner: on Manage Customer Rewards, open the Download section, choose a period (or custom dates), then Download CSV or Download JSON.
  • Customer: open View my rewards history, choose a period (or custom dates), then Download CSV or Download JSON.
