Customer's User Guide
How to earn and redeem loyalty points
Getting started
Your dashboard lets you search businesses, scan QR codes, view your rewards history, create referral links and send them to your friends.
Visit participating businesses
Visit the shop, then scan its QR code. Two ways to scan โ both open the same Rewards Hub for that business:
Phone camera
Point at the QR poster on the wall โ opens the rewards page in your browser
Customer Dashboard โ Scan QR Code
In-app camera, or type the code manually if the camera fails
Store QR code
Printed poster at the business โ encodes that shop's reward link
Rewards Hub
Shows only what this business offers โ your balance, tiers, and prize game rules
Choose an action
Collect Points
Enter bill amount โ staff approve
Redeem Points
Pick a tier โ staff approve
Play Prize Game
If enabled at this shop
You can also search businesses from your dashboard to learn what they offer, but collect, redeem, and play still require the store QR (or staff entering your phone/email for collects only).
Collect points by scanning QR
From the Rewards Hub, choose Collect Points. After you submit, call staff and show them your smartphone screen with the Claim # so they can approve it.
Scan the store QR โ Collect Points
Enter the paid bill amount and submit, then call staff and show them your smartphone screen with Claim #
Staff approve the Claim # โ your balance is credited
Later you can view your balance in Menu/My Dashboard/Rewards History.
Collect points by giving your phone# or email to staff
You can ALSO collect points just by writing your phone# or email on the paid bill/receipt and telling the staff about it (optionally, you can take a photo of your receipt).
Write your phone# or email on the paid bill/receipt and tell the staff about it
Staff approves it
Points are credited to your phone# or email (your account)
Later you can view your balance in Menu/My Dashboard/Rewards History.
Redeem loyalty points
Redemption is customer-initiated only. Staff cannot redeem points by phone or email. When your approved balance is high enough, open Redeem Points on the Rewards Hub, pick a reward tier, and submit. Then call staff and show them your Claim #.
Scan the store QR
Rewards Hub โ Redeem Points โ pick a tier and submit, then call staff and show them your smartphone screen with Claim #
Redemption appears in the staff Pending claims section โ they approve it on Manage Customer Rewards
Your balance is debited and you receive the reward from staff
Playing prize games
If the business runs a prize game, open it from the Rewards Hub (scan the store QR). You see a grid of closed boxes. The business places a limited number of prizes on random boxes; the rest are empty (and sometimes contain an ad). You open boxes one at a time, up to the limit shown โ finding a prize is luck of the draw.
Some businesses set a minimum purchase before you can play; many do not. When a minimum applies, the Rewards Hub or game screen will say so.
Scan the QR and play the prize game โ if you win, you get a Claim #; show it to staff
Prize claim appears in the staff Pending claims section with Claim # โ they approve it on Manage Customer Rewards
Staff give you the prize
After a win or loss, you may need to wait for a cooldown period before playing again.
History
Open View my rewards history page from your dashboard to see previous transactions โ collects, redemptions, prize wins, and bonuses. You can download the history as CSV or JSON for verification and accounting.

Switching roles
One account can hold more than one role. For example, a business owner can switch to Customer and earn points or play prize games while shopping at other shops on the platform.
Open the menu (top-right corner)
Tap Switch role
Choose Customer, Business owner, or Employee
Only roles your account is eligible for are shown
Dashboard updates to that role
To keep rewards fair, owners and employees cannot collect points, redeem, or play prize games at a business they own or work for. You can still enjoy loyalty programs at every other participating shop.
Tips
- Use one verified phone and email so staff-awarded points always land on your account.
- Notify staff after you submit a collect or redeem claim so approval is not delayed.
- Search Businesses Nearby to explore shops; reward actions still need the store QR (or staff entry).
How bill amounts become points
The amount on your paid bill converts to loyalty points 1 to 1. For example, a 10 USD purchase earns 10 points in that currency.
In dual-currency countries such as Cambodia, where bills can be paid in USD or KHR, points can be collected in either currency for convenience.
Trust and transparency
You can download your loyalty and prize-game transactions for your own records, verification, and accounting. Open View my rewards history page from your dashboard โ that is your history of past claims โ choose a time period (or a custom date range), then download CSV or JSON.
